We loved our stay in the Deluxe Family Room at Lakeshore Hotel Tainan! The room was spacious, super clean, and free from cigarette smell, which made it perfect for our family. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety including local, western, and Japanese dishes. Plus, the location was fantastic, right next to Tainan Art Museum II and close to many great eateries.

The sauna requires total nudity, which was uncomfortable.

the breakfast was simply chaotic, and I obviously expected a quieter morning. Also, I had to fill my own water bottles like everyone else, which is honestly so beneath me. I bet if I were royalty, they would’ve rolled out the red carpet. I almost wrote a good review, but this just couldn’t fly.

The location was perfect, close to art museum and great spots for local food! We loved the swimming pool, swimming in the morning felt so refreshing, it was like it washed away all the stress! !

We had a wonderful stay! The location made it super easy to explore central Tainan, with many nearby spots to eat and interesting sites to visit, like the Confucius Temple. The family room was spacious and nicely set up, which allowed us to work comfortably while others rested. Breakfast offered a great variety, although it did get busy, so an earlier start is key for avoiding the rush.
